Carolina Troncoso Yanes is a bilingual attorney, regulated Financial Advisor, and Securities Broker based in Panama, with over 25 years of combined experience in the legal, financial, and compliance sectors. Her career journey is a unique blend of corporate law, investment advisory, and entrepreneurial ventures, all rooted in a deep commitment to empowering individuals, especially women, men, and families in Latin America, to build wealth with purpose and confidence.
Early Life & Legal Foundation
From an early age, Carolina was inspired by her father’s work as a lawyer and founder of Troncoso & Ascociados, today TR2 LAW. Determined to follow in his footsteps, she earned her law degree in Panama while simultaneously exploring her passion for the arts, working as a model, and competing in the 2001 Miss Panama pageant, where she placed in the top three.
During law school, she gained hands-on experience as a paralegal and later completed a pivotal internship at Citibank N.A. Panama, which introduced her to financial regulation and corporate compliance. After graduation, she worked at Caja de Ahorros, managing key institutional agreements with public government entities.
She furthered her legal education in the U.S., studying English and later earning her LL.M. in Comparative Law at Levin College of Law, University of Florida.
Finance & Investment Advisory
Carolina’s transition into finance began in 2016, when she pursued the certifications required to become a regulated Securities Broker and Compliance Officer in Panama. This strategic move led her to join 2018 Wynn Global Inc., a licensed investment advisory firm, where she started as a compliance officer and was later promoted to Principal Executive in 2019.
Today, she serves as an Independent Financial Advisor and Legal Executive at Wynn Global, specializing in long-term investment planning for clients across Panama and other regions of Latam. She offers tailored financial strategies for retirement, education funding, and wealth building. Her core mission is to help others gain financial independence and stability—no matter where they’re starting from.
The Saving Enthusiast (TSE)
In 2020, Carolina founded The Saving Enthusiast (TSE)—from where she supports the Latin American community with financial education, investment planning, and personal finance tools. Through TSE, she developed a comprehensive methodology that combines mindset work, budgeting, saving, and investing to help individuals take control of their finances and plan for a secure future. TR2 Global Services LLC
When the COVID-19 pandemic prompted a move to Orlando, Florida, Carolina identified a need for high-quality, bilingual legal support services. In 2022, she launched TR2 Global Services LLC, a boutique firm providing certified English-Spanish translation and interpretation services.
TTR2 serves a wide client base – including immigration, family law, criminal law, personal injury, and estate planning attorneys, legal providers and court reporters around the US, as well as title companies, real estate brokers, public adjusters, and branding firms across Florida. Her legal background and cultural fluency make her uniquely equipped to ensure clarity and accuracy in legal and business.
Personal Life
Carolina is married to Carlos Yanes, a Panamanian Zonian, and together they are raising three children: Carlos Andres, Elena Marie, and Danielle Lynne. She’s a passionate advocate for financial literacy, especially among women, men, and families in Latin America, and continues to expand her impact through education, investment advisory, and accurate Spanish translation and interpretation services.
